【Project Introduction】

Jintai Garden Phase I project is a resettlement housing project for the shantytown reconstruction in the west side of Zhanqian Avenue. It is mainly used for the residents of the shantytown reconstruction project in the west side of Zhanqian Avenue. It can accommodate nearly 1,000 households, and will also build supporting facilities such as cultural and sports activity rooms, community office rooms, and resident activity rooms.

In addition to the full-speed promotion of Jintai Garden Phase I project, the main structures of Fuhua and Fuli Plaza, sub-projects of the Licheng Binjiang Headquarters Economic Zone project, have been capped, the Yanling area reconstruction project (Yuanchangjiang South City) and the Xijiao area reconstruction project have been advanced ahead of schedule, and the reconstruction project of the middle section of Xingxian Road has completed the expropriation.
