aluminum formwork has been widely promoted and applied in residential construction, but the basement structure is complex and highly differentiated, with few floors and high floor heights, and no standardization. The use of aluminum formwork construction materials requires a large amount of investment and high costs, so it cannot be promoted and applied, and only plywood formwork can be used for construction.

The basement system developed by CIEZN TECH Group over a period of 5 years has successfully solved these problems and achieved the goal of "good, fast and economical" use of aluminum formwork in basements.

Technical points of basement aluminum formwork

 

1) The formwork can be turned horizontally and vertically. The formwork can be turned horizontally in the basement garage part and vertically in the tower basement part. At the same time, according to the construction progress requirements, the areas with tight construction period, such as material yards and steel bar shed resettlement areas, can be constructed first;

 

2) It is easy for workers to recognize the formwork. There are less than 100 specifications of basement system formwork panle, which is less than 10% of the panel specifications of standard floors; among them, there are 50 first-level turnover standard formworks panels, which can be installed in more than 85% of the project area, and a small number of formworks can be used to complete the installation of large areas;

 

3) Standardized formwork panel is universal. Using the reinforcement characteristics of the flat tie aluminum formwork system and the side groove blocking technology, the formwork of walls, beams and slabs can be universal, reducing the difficulty of production and processing and on-site panel finding;

 

4) Convenient support disassembly and assembly. Supporting with ringlock scaffolding system, the system can realize the installation sequence of formwork first and scaffolding later, and can provide a channel for the transportation of formwork and materials;

 

5) Aluminum-plywood combination. The aluminum formwork covers more than 95% of the area, and a small number of complex parts are filled with plywoods, achieving a strong combination of 1+1>2. The investment cost is lower than that of pure aluminum formwork, and the construction efficiency is faster than that of pure plywood formwork.
