Vanke Golden Dream is located in the southwest of the intersection of Guyuan Road and Dongfang Road in Yuelu District, Changsha City. The project is adjacent to the city's golden artery-Dongfanghong Middle Road to the east. The provincial government block, Meixi Lake block, Changsha High-tech Zone, and Binjiang New City block intersect here; the project is located on the under-construction Line 6 and Xinyuan Station, TOD subway cover. It is close to Dongfanghong Road, four vertical and three horizontal urban expressway networks, and is about 3 kilometers away from Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Metro Lugu Station.
